Note: NRC test results are based on our standard acoustically transparent fabric. Results may vary with other fabrics. Corner testing is apparent absolute coefficient based on J mount.

Install Guide

You’ll need:

• Layout for your room with dimensions, placement, and spacing of panels
• A clean work area
• Wall fasteners for corner bars (anchors/screws (not provided).

Tools to have on hand:

• Pencil and Sharpie
• Masking Tape
• Level,
• Measuring Tape
• Screwdriver, Drill

TIP: The cardboard dividers we include in every 3-pack to protect your panel during shipping are the same size as the panels themselves. They work great as a template for installing your Corner Panels. 

Corner Bar Dimensions:

1. Based on your treatment plan, determine the placement of your corner panel. Generally, we suggest placing our Corner Panels 36" above the finished floor.

• Mark the wall with your pencil at 36" from the floor. Place the bottom of the cardboard template at the 36" mark, and mark the wall at the top of the cardboard with your pencil. 
• Mark the wall again 6" up from the bottom mark and 6" down from the top mark. (This is where you'll place the corner bars)

2. Install the corner bars across the corner. We'll start with the top bar.

• Place the top corner bar horizontally across the corner so the top edge lines up with the mark you made in step 1. Each corner bar edge should be 11” from the corner’s center. Adjust alignment so the bar spans the corner evenly and is level.

• Hold the corner bar firmly in place. At each end, attach the bar to the wall through the pre-drilled hole with a wall fastener (not provided). If necessary, create pilot holes at a 45° angle using the pre-drilled holes as a guide.

• Repeat this process with the bottom corner bar, lining up the bottom of the bar with the lower mark you made in step 1.

3. Using two (2) short wood screws each, secure impaling clips at the pre-drilled locations to the corner bars (see layout Illustr. 3). Prongs must point upward (Illustr. 4).

4. To mount the FulFill panel, hold it at the desired finished height, move up about 3/4", and press the panel firmly against the impaling clips while sliding it downward onto the impalers.

Our Corner 3-Packs are shipped in high-quality, durable boxes designed to arrive safely and open easily in your location. They typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
