Impaling clips (IMP-4) allow you to securely and easily wall-mount acoustical panels. They are the default wall mounting hardware we include with our custom acoustical wall panels and 3-Packs.
Custom Panels
We include the correct number of impaling clips with each order. However, you should still review and determine the correct number of clips per panel before installing.
This chart details how we determine the number of impaling clips to send per custom panel. Remember that custom jobs often include panels of many different sizes, so the number of impaling clips we allotted may differ for each panel.

Wall 3-Packs
We include three (3) impaling clips per panel, for a total of (9) impaling clips per Wall 3-Packs. For 3-Pack-specific installation instructions, please click here.
INSTRUCTIONS- Custom Panels
1. Lay out the panel location on the wall according to your design.
2. Fasten impaling clips to the wall within the panel perimeter with the points facing up. (The diameter of the screw hole in an impaling clip is 1/4". )
Note: Allow 4" from the panel edges to avoid fabric overage on the back of the panel.

3. Start slightly higher than you'd like the panels to end up, and push in and down onto the impalers. Adjust as needed for placement and level.
4. This installation technique requires a 5/8" reveal between the ceiling and the panel's top.
